Defending our New Jersey Constitution - When We The People Stand up to Tyrannical Mandates

Never has there been in the history of New Jersey (apart from our fight against the same authoritarian regime who tested our resolve in defending our inalienable rights on 1776); where a direct attack was made on our foundational core truths derived from our Constitution than on December 2, 2021 in New Jersey.

The video commences with Assemblyman Brian Bergen answering the videographer’s question: “So, why are you doing this?”

Assemblyman Brian Bergen responds poignantly:

"As legislators, we have an obligation to protect the freedom of those people we represent. It is not ok to restrict access to the State House…and ...so we are pushing back on that policy....

All I want is to go in there and exercise my duty, and vote and debate on the floor.”

Video illustrates Assemblyman Bergen walking into the State House… (You can watch full video provided below courtesy of NJ Assembly GOP):

Our New Jersey Constitution states

NEW JERSEY CONSTITUTION - ARTICLE 1, RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES

1.   All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.

This supersedes any emergency order, mandate or statutory code. There is no debate on this. No government, at whatever point, at whatever “emergency” order- nothing, absolutely nothing supersede this.

Our founding fathers knew and dreaded the notion, if ever there would be a violation of powers, they made it clear, our Constitution was the document that gave the People all the power to oversee the government.

New Jersey were you taught this? Ask yourself, why haven’t you been taught about your state’s Constitution? Why has it been solely “attorneys” and “special groups” to decide for the people?

May I ask, who taught you that lie? In the New Jersey State Constitution, it clearly states:

Under ARTICLE 1, RIGHTS AND PRIVELEGES:

2. a. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people, and they have the right at all times to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it.

May I ask, who do you think “they refers to? “They” refer to “We The People”. We have the right, at all times…WHENEVER THE PUBLIC GOOD MAY REQUIRE IT. So then the question is, why are we still following dictatorial mandates blindly?

There’s more….

18. The people have the right freely to assemble together, to consult for the common good, to make known their opinions to their representatives, and to petition for redress of grievances.

19. Persons in private employment shall have the right to organize and bargain collectively. Persons in public employment shall have the right to organize, present to and make known to the State, or any of its political subdivisions or agencies, their grievances and proposals through representatives of their own choosing.

20. Private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation. Individuals or private corporations shall not be authorized to take private property for public use without just compensation first made to the owners.

21. This enumeration of rights and privileges shall not be construed to impair or deny others retained by the people.

What common good was it to let our most vulnerable senior citizens perish in the most inhumane way, keep abortion clinics while the church was ostracized? Allow healthy children to be masked and forced to be injected all in the name of statutory codes that has nothing to do with your unalienable rights??

Persons in private employment, you can unite and come to the State to address your grievance. Why are you listening to those that do not defend the Constitution such as those lawyers misinforming you that “there is nothing we can do?” or worse, receive the same robotic, generic response from our legislators stating “there’s nothing we can do, until ‘22”?

As if this is something we can brush under the rug.

All have been taught to believe the lie that you need a lawyer. Our Founding Fathers did not say, your COnstitutional rights are defended only and if you attain a lawyer. Rubbish. Who taught you this misrepresentation of your rights? The Founding Fathers made Your voice more powerful than an attorney or legislator, because they are the indentured servants to We The People. They know it. They do not want YOU, The People to know it. WHY? Then, they lose power and they lose profit.

Lindy Urso, a Criminal Defense Attorney stated yesterday on Newsmax:

“The lawyers are absolutely disgraceful. It is a real disgrace.”

His comments refers to their gross absence and yes, negligence for not performing their oath in defending the Constitution. These lawyers took an oath to defend the Constitution and protect the rights of the People. In a good way, this is exposing all of the attorneys who made backroom deals with this current administration, for their profit, att your expense.

There are truly only a handful lawyers, a handful in NJ who understand their duties, obligations and role as a lawyer. But again, where are the rest of them?

You know exactly where they are. They are with the elite Pay-To- Play clique system. This system, which stole, both of our 2020 and 2021 New Jersey elections -to even have a fair election. This system, which stole our Public Education, Have you ever thought how come the most conservative towns in New Jersey, have the most liberal curriculum (displaying pornography) as part of “health”? This system, which stole our Healthcare, stripping and denying patients all for the sake of totalitarianism guidelines-all unscientific by the way.

New Jersey citizens educate yourself. Memorize and study your states Constitution. These liberals and Rinos who are entrenched to remain in power days are no longer the case. As stated in the Constitution,

We The People have recognized our rights comes from God, not government, not a lawyer, not a legislator, but God Almighty, and until you start recognizing this wonderful experiment called our Republic, you will be wandering in the wilderness for another 40 years.
