New Jersey's Firearm Rights and What is at Stake

by Devorah

In the midst of the heart-breaking tragedy at Uvalde, there is a nationwide consensus that more could have been done and that this could have been entirely avertible. Many unanswered questions surrounding what happened, why it happened and how could this have happened in this day, lingers. Additional questions like why was this humble town of Uvalde targeted? Why were the Uvalde community left to fend for themselves?

Why did the law enforcement who swore an oath to protect their community willfully chose to violate their own sworn oath? Who gave them orders to “stand down”? Who ordered the arrest and turn against the very same parents who ran into the school, and hold them back from protecting and saving their own children? This ties in with the DOJ confirming that they labeled parents ‘domestic terrorists’, but even to the point of their childrens’ demise?

Did not one of the law officers have it in their hearts to know innately that what they were doing was not only morally reprehensible, but unlawful and a violation to their state Constitution as well as the US Constitution?

While many are trying to make sense over this, we have in New Jersey a gun control bill S1893 which passed today, in committee for now, allowing the Attorney General to bring cause of action for certain public nuisance violations arising from sale or marketing of firearms.

Ponder that notion. The Attorney General, whose sole job, to whom he took an oath to protect the People of New Jersey, all of them, not just one party, will be given the power to investigate, prosecute at his discretion regarding ‘public nuisance’ relating to the firearms industry. Now, ask yourself, who will need to follow his orders? The law enforcers, who I may have to add are truly, ‘policy enforcers’ and not law enforcers as they will just follow whatever they are told under ‘policy’. This is all done under the AG. They, the law enforcers are being trained to forget and ignore the Constitutional aspect, which is the supreme law of the land.

And just like that, policy is trying to take over the Constitution. New Jersey are you fine with that? You do realize that policy MUST adhere to the Constitution in order for its validity to take place. If you haven’t known this, please contact us and we will be more than happy and equip you with the right knowledge.

The fact that for the past two years the lockdown was a ‘public nuisance’ (as well as unconstitutional and unlawful), that would qualify as a ‘public nuisance’. Add to this, allowing criminals and sex offenders to be released from jail cells and having illegal immigrants (with criminal backgrounds) be flown into New Jersey both qualify as a ‘public nuisance’; yet the AG will have the power to focus not on these issues that pertain to the safety and security of the People, but on the firearm industry as the new ‘domestic terrorist’ category. Are you seeing this puzzle come together? Parents + firearm industry = domestic terrorist watch list?

How is it that no one has picked up this is a violation of the AG’s own oath to the Constitutions, both state and US Constitution? This is onerous, but expected.

There is no semblance of the NJ Constitution on the website. Shouldn’t the AG have his oath placed up on the website or something saying “I do solemnly swear to uphold NJ State Constitution and US Constitution before all else?”

What you do see is a “protect NJ through Courts”. Did anyone catch that? What is the message he is publicly portraying? Why don’t we ask Venezuela. Shall we? They know. They used to have a very similar Bill of Rights and Constitutions which closely resembled the US Constitution.

“The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” – Thomas Jefferson
