Part 1: S3030
S3030, the "Reproductive (sic) Freedom Act," is legislation that threatens to severely expand abortion and human-trafficking in NJ. Unfortunately, it's currently being pushed by the governor. The bill would legalize abortion up until birth, remove protections for babies surviving Attempted Abortion, require public funding of the recreational abortions, and more.
S3030 includes this provision:
"4. (New section) a. Every individual »» present in «« the State, including, but not limited to, an individual who is under State control or supervision, shall have the fundamental right to:
(1) choose or refuse contraception or sterilization; and
(2) choose whether to carry a pregnancy, to give birth, or to have an abortion."
“The Reproductive Freedom Act is a human trafficker’s best friend,” explained Rev. Gregory Quinlan, of the Center for Garden State Families, and one of NJ's leading profamily advocates. This bill would allow people merely "present in" NJ (including visitors) to obtain abortions, no questions asked. Thereby, NJ would be inviting human-trafficking professionals to commit their abortions in NJ [and thereby pour yet more money into the local NJ abortion industry, which in turn funds the legislators enabling these barbaric policies] whenever the aforementioned traffickers seek a venue to dispose of the unwanted unborn babies resulting from their evil, criminal trafficking activities. And they can do all of that without exposing their trafficking crimes. That's because abortion destroys the evidence of the illegal acts in question. Thus, this diabolical arrangement neatly provides income streams for two major sectors of the support-base of the leftist legislators: the abortion Industry and the human-trafficking Community... all while keeping law-enforcement at bay.
However, one never knows who will be victimized by this type of legislation. NJ Legislators - be forewarned: The teenager you help traffic may be one of your own.
Unfortunately, the Human-Trafficking Community has well-placed advocates in Trenton, including the following bill sponsors: Bergen County State Senator Frau Loretta Weinberg, Senator Linda Greenstein, and Assemblywomen Valerie Vainieri Huttle and Mila Jasey.

Many surmise that Dems are activating for this lethal legislation now because of the pending SCOTUS Mississippi case, which some claim would undermine Roe v. Wade. However, here's an alternative perspective on the specter of imminent passage (we don't have enough information to take a position on the question of timing).

What if human-trafficking was COVID -- would you enable it too? The lengths to which many have gone ostensibly to avoid putting others at risk contrasts sharply with the attitude of those same people when it comes to other threats to public health, be it human-trafficking or AIDS.
