Democrats Attempt Abortion Funding Again

7.453 million in Family Planning monies will go to Planned Parenthood the nation’s largest abortion provider.

This maybe the seventh attempt to pass the unnecessary appropriation of taxpayer dollars since Gov. Christie took office. The state is in financial difficulty, The Transportation Trust Fund is bankrupt and the Democrats in the NJ Legislature focus on more money for killing babies. Subsidizing Planned Parenthood who already gets $500 million dollars from the federal government.

There are over 130 Federal Qualified Health Centers in NJ (click to see). FQHC actually support the women’s health services on site that the 26 NJ Planned Parenthood Clinics claim to provide. FQHC also provide their services based on ability to pay. FQHC also do not trade in human fetal tissue. A3492/S2277 is politically motivated and fiscally duplicitous.

At the end of testimony in the Senate Health Committee, Chairman Joseph Vitale gave his usual condescending lecture to NJ Right to Life, League of American Families and the Center for Garden State Families. He actually stated that not all Planned Parenthood clinics provide abortion services. Vitale is apparently unaware that to be an affiliated Planned Parenthood provider you must provide abortion services. It is part of their charter.

John Tomicki of the League of American Families stated in the Health Budget Committee “Children are our future, Stop Killing them.”

More abortion legislation is being voted on. A1963/S1017 “Provides Medicaid coverage for family planning services to individuals with incomes up to 200 percent of the federal poverty level.” Again clearly politically motivated and repetitive funding for services that taxpayers already subsidize.

Senator Vitale endangers women

We understand from a highly placed source in the Legislature that S-283 will be making an appearance again.  Apparently Senator Joseph "I managed to make it through the 12th Grade" Vitale (D-McGreevey) is salivating over the prospects promised by this legislation.  This source also confirmed that S-283 will have GOP support.  Ouch, we didn't expect such a betrayal of the Republican base in an election cycle as rebellious as 2016-17 is turning out to be.   

If passed into law, S-283 allows a man, with a penis, to become a legal "woman", simply by saying that he is seeing a therapist and then re-submitting his birth certificate to reflect his "new sex".  No surgery required. 

And it won't be recorded as an "amended" birth certificate.  It will be filed as the original.  The government will pretend that it can go back in time to correct the "perception" of the doctors and nurses who saw a child with a penis and checked "male".  The government will, in fact, lie and pretend that the attending physician checked "female" when, of course, he did not.    

Now there is no public or private data that we can find to indicate any reason in a representative democracy for this legislation to enjoy such support.  So it seems that once again some billionaire is financing some backdoor lobby effort to get his little wet dream pushed ahead of all those issues he considers "minor" -- like child hunger, foreclosure, unemployment, debt, and the highest in America property taxes.

What S-283 will do is endanger the lives of women and girls in New Jersey.  And come election time every legislator who votes for S-283, regardless of their party, is going to have to answer some tough questions from average constituents about why you had to do this and not property tax relief.

81% believe government is corrupt

Fresh polling today adds to the mounting data that voters are turned-off on government, politicians, and our post-democratic process in general.  Rasmussen reported today that a new survey shows that 81 percent of likely voters in the United States describe the federal government as "corrupt," with 33 percent describing it as "very corrupt."  Just 16 percent disagree, including the 2 percent (yes, only 2 percent) who describe government as "not at all corrupt."  Here is the survey question:

Now pay attention to these numbers:  Women view government as "corrupt" more than men (84 percent to 79 percent), as do young voters more than seniors (81 percent to 75 percent).

89 percent of Republicans, 85 percent of Independents, and 70 percent of Democrats view government as "corrupt."  75 percent of black voters view government as "corrupt."

To understand why voters feel the way they do, you need only look at what is going to take place tomorrow in the Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee. 

While Democrats like Assembly Speaker Vinnie Prieto (D-Sacco) are promising to make New Jersey's historically high child poverty the Legislature's top concern, critters like Senate President Steve Sweeney (D-Norcross) have pushed poor children aside in favor of the top issue of the swingers' lobby -- women with penises.  You know how it is, poor children can't afford a lobbyist.  Rich and influential sexual swingers can buy whatever strikes their fancy.

The swingers want to see legislation (S-283) passed so that a man, with a penis, can become a legal "woman", simply by saying that he is seeing a therapist and then re-submitting his birth certificate to reflect his "new sex".  No surgery required.

On Thursday, February 4, 2016, the Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee will be holding a hearing on S-283.   The public hearing will be held at 11AM in Committee Room 4, on the First Floor of the State House Annex in Trenton, New Jersey.

Senator Joseph Vitale (D-McGreevey), a man with no medical or psychological training and therefore totally unqualified to preside over this subject matter, is chairman of the committee.  Both he and Senator Sweeney, another of our elected "leaders" who managed to make it through the twelfth grade, will no doubt give excuses for why they support S-283.  But as they do, think of how much money the swingers' lobby has stuffed down their trousers.

This has long been the goal of a branch of therapy that is well organized and represented by a number of professional associations who lobby extensively.  They are followers of the Kinsey model of human sexuality, which gained traction in the 1950's.  This model embraces the idea that there should be no sexual taboos or restrictions, since all behaviors lay within the spectrum of sexual diversity, and that spectrum includes sex between the powerful and their subordinates, sex for pay, adult-child sex, and even incest. 

These therapists and the educators and politicians they influence promote the theory -- remembering that in the field of therapy, everything is "theory" -- that there are a "range" of genders, not restricted to male and female, and that all types of erotic preferences and lifestyles are variations of healthy sexuality.  They reject the labels normal and abnormal.  Nothing is abnormal, it just is. 

In 1999, the leaders in this field of therapy condemned Congress for withdrawing public funding from a controversial study by Dr. Bruce Rind (Temple University), Dr. Robert Bauserman (State of Maryland), and Mr. Philip Tromovitch (University of Pennsylvania).   These three experts in human sexuality advanced the idea that not all sexual intercourse between adults and children is necessarily harmful.

In 1998, their findings were published in the Psychological Bulletin, an academic psychology journal published by the often-cited American Psychological Association.  These psychologists analyzed 59 studies of college students who said they were sexually abused in childhood, and concluded that the effects of such abuse ''were neither pervasive nor typically intense, and that men reacted much less negatively than women.''

The study found that adult predatory sexual behavior towards children ''may represent only a violation of social norms with no implication for personal harm.'' The psychologists suggested that the term ''adult-adolescent sex'' or ''adult-child sex'' be substituted, in some cases, for ''child sexual abuse.''   

The North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) strongly endorsed the study.  The study also received support from organizations like the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex; the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists; the National Coalition Against Censorship; and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. 

We list them, along with the American Psychological Association, because  Senator Joseph Vitale (D-McGreevey), the chairman of the senate committee through which the "therapy + penis = woman" legislation must pass, is fond of citing "experts" who support his position and dissing those who don't.  To be fair, he should know fully on whose team he is playing in advance of the 2017 primary, when that "team" will be detailed within the houses of worship that serve his district.

The idea that a government can alter a human being's genetic makeup simply by passing a law is a shade of King Canute.  It is also antithetical to Science itself.

Every Senator who supports S-283 should be aware of the inevitable conflicts that will arise when the attempt is made to brainwash young children into believing that a man can become a woman merely by "believing" it, finding the odd therapist to support you in your belief, and finally to alter a government document.  Vulnerable children will inevitably be required to undergo a species of the notorious SAR program.

SAR or Sexuality Attitude Restructuring, is a tool developed to increase students’ comfort with a broad range of behaviors.  During the SAR, films, slides, and audio of explicit sexual behaviors -- heterosexual, homosexual, group, oral, child-adult -- are projected on multiple screens for hours at a time, followed by group discussions.  In the 1970’s, SAR got the moniker "F*ck-O-Rama."  SAR is required for certification by some therapy associations.

Children's advocate Dr. Judith Reisman describes SAR as “a critical tool to reshape views of human sexuality”.  It desensitizes and disinhibits the brain, she explains, “to allow a shift in pedagogical attitude and performance”. 

On Monday, January 25, 2016, the Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee will be holding a hearing on S-283.  The public hearing will be held at 1 PM in Committee Room 1, on the First Floor of the State House Annex in Trenton, New Jersey.

Members of the swingers lobby will no doubt be present to propagate their world view.  Those of us who have not yet undergone SAR retraining should also attend to add our voices... while we are still permitted them.

NJ Dems set to assist would be terrorists

If you thought the Democrat Regime of Steve Sweeney and Vinnie Prieto was going address property taxes or jobs or foreclosure or the record child poverty in New Jersey, you were wrong.  Instead, they are celebrating the Democrat Regime's historic victory two weeks ago by bringing up an issue nobody talked about during the 2015 legislative campaign -- making sure a valid driver's license can be issued to anyone who sneaks into the United States illegally, evades capture by law enforcement, and defeats the protective measures of the Department of Homeland Security. 

With said license, a valid form of identification throughout the United States, an individual within the borders of the United States illegally, can travel anywhere, buy just about anything, and access other means by which he or she can carry on all sorts of illegal enterprises.  Later today -- at 1pm on Monday, November 16th -- the Assembly Homeland Security and State Preparedness Committee will be holding a hearing in Committee Room 11, on the 4th floor of the State House Annex in Trenton.

The sole legislation on the Committee's agenda is Assembly bill A-4425.  This bill "establishes driver's license for residents who cannot prove lawful presence in the U.S."

One of the bill's sponsors in Democrat Assemblyman Raj "I know Wally Edge" Mukherji, who got into hot water with the feds over homeland security issues a few years back.  Another is Assemblyman Reed "The Crybaby" Gusciora -- a knucklehead who long ago traded in thinking for emoting.  And last but not least in this trio of sponsors is Assemblywoman and Municipal Prosecutor Annette "Get out of jail free" Quijano, Speaker Vinnie Prieto's hand-picked point person for this kind of nonsense.  A Senate version of the bill (S-2925) has been proposed by Senator Joseph "I managed to make it through the 12th grade" Vitale.

These critters are all Democrats.  That is a good thing.  It would be an even better thing if every Democrat joined them in flushing their hopes for 2017 down the toilet.

The Democrats are set on pushing this legislation through committee a little more than 72 hours after Paris was hit by a coordinated series of terrorist attacks that left hundreds killed and wounded.  According to the French news agency AFP, Greek police linked at least one man to the Paris attacks who was registered as a recent refugee from Syria.  At a time like this, the Democrats seem hell-bent on rewarding illegal behavior by issuing valid identification to people who they really know very little about. 

But why not?  Wasn't Democrat Senate President Steve Sweeney the deciding vote to do away with the death penalty for crimes like those we saw in the French capital on Friday night?  If you slaughter people in New Jersey, Democrats like Steve Sweeney have made sure that you get a pass.  Assembly Democrats even went so far as to argue that criminals shouldn't be held accountable for their crimes and that employers shouldn't have the RIGHT TO KNOW who they are hiring.  Things like these empower would be terrorists.  It provides them with useful tools and lets them know that New Jersey isn't serious about protecting its citizens.

So go ahead... pass it out of committee.  Vote for it.  Every Democrat should play follow your corrupt leaders and vote for it.  And let's make sure that no Republican -- starting with the leadership -- is so stupid as to provide cover for the Democrats.  Remember, if they vote for it, they won't have the Rutgers SuperPAC dropping $250,000 cable buys on their heads... but you will.  So get smart, stay sane, don't share with them the title of "the stupid party."
