Senator Vin Gopal has a Back-Pedaling Problem

NJ State Senator Vin Gopal (Dem-Monmouth County) has a habit of causing a problem then backtracking with “new” legislation to “fix” the problem he caused in the first place. Gopal’s a back-pedaler.
 

As one of NJ’s most powerful senators, Gopal sits on three State committees, and is Chair of the Senate Education Committee.  What have the people of Monmouth County and the State of NJ gotten from his leadership?  Gopal has not called a meeting of the Education Committee since March. Why not? Could it be because Gopal was the primary sponsor of the controversial 2020 bill which led to the NJ Board of Education passing the most radical sex education curriculum NJ has ever seen?  After an outcry from furious parents in both parties, even Governor Murphy had to step in to quell the anger.  He ordered a review of the new sex education standards.  Of course, this “review” changed nothing; it was all a show.
 

Gopal responded to the sex ed curriculum by back-pedaling, distancing himself from the whole debacle, "I am horrified by some of these words I'm seeing in some of these sample lesson plans," said Gopal said last April. "No district has to (or in my opinion should) use the words 'masturbation' or others discussed in the examples listed within those standards."
 

Since Gopal is so “horrified” why didn’t he take steps to fix it?  Is it all just platitudes?  Does he not know who is creating the NJ State sex and health curriculum?  With an organization like Advocates for Youth steering the sex education lessons of innocent NJ kids, what did Gopal expect?  Advocates for Youth’s mission statement reads: “Young people understand that reproductive and sexual health and rights are inextricably tied to social justice and the fight for liberation. Join thousands of youth activists and adult allies as we build a better and more equitable world.”
 

AHEM, Excuse me?  These are your tax dollars at work.  What does social justice have to do with preparing NJ school children for a healthy understanding of their bodies and sexual health?
 

Knowing he had to take some action to fix the mess he took part in creating, Gopal blazed in like a hero wearing a Superman cape and came up with a new bill: "Transparency in Health & Sex Education Curriculum." This bill would require school districts to post curriculum online for parents to view.  Of course, the bill, which was introduced last year, has gone nowhere.  So now parents are left with an out-of-control State Board of Education stomping all over parental rights and exposing our youngest kids to age-inappropriate gender instruction in elementary school.  The Democrats are being forced to respond to these burning issues, but they do nothing about it, even though Governor Murphy holds control over the Department of Education and the Democrats.  These are not neat “liberal” versus "conservative" issues. They affect all parents throughout the State.
 

And the problem just keeps getting worse. This past August the NJ State BOE passed the controversial “Chapter 7,” curriculum guidelines for all NJ schools.  These guidelines completely erase biological sex, eliminate the terms “male” and “female,” replace gender-specific sports teams with gender identity preference, and replace the term “equality” with “equity” in every aspect of public education.   What does Vin Gopal have to say?  Nothing.  Absolutely nothing.
 

Gopal is a back-pedaler.  VOTE OUT GOPAL and let’s open the State House doors for him as he back-pedals his way out of Trenton.

“There are no replicated scientific studies supporting any specific biologic etiology for homosexuality.” American Psychiatric Association. There is not a shred of scientific evidence showing anyone is born gay. All things LGBTQ-XYZ is a faith-based assumption. The New Jersey legislature continues to molest the minds of schoolchildren with a religion of homosexuality. In fact, LGBTQ – XYZ is the endorsed and established religion of New Jersey.

A4454/S2781is another propaganda indoctrination bill demonstrating the obsession which the New Jersey legislature particularly those of the Democrat Party has for advancing the LGBTQ – XYZ religion.

Dr. Francis Collins who headed The National Genome Project at the direction of Pres. Bill Clinton concluded at the end of the study, “Homosexuality is not hard wired.” All things LGBTQ – XYZ is a developmental gender identity disorder: a disorder that Sen. Dick Cody and Assemblywoman Carol Murphy are pushing and encouraging on unsuspecting five-year-olds. This is child abuse and the molestation of little minds. In addition, LGBTQ – XYZ identity is developed not innate, acquired not in-born. This is the goal of most Democrats in the New Jersey legislature to advance this faith-based assumption. They take the money of and do the bidding of the gay politic.

In August 2019 a worldwide study using 477,000 human genomes concluded: “There is no single gay gene.” The study was conducted by MIT, Harvard, Queensland University, Australia. “You cannot find what does not exist.” said Gregory Quinlan, Ex-Gay and past President of PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex Gays and Gays).

A4454/S2781 is a travesty and vicious attack on children, on parents and on families! A vote for this bill is not a vote for diversity not a vote for inclusion but a vote to molest the minds of children. This legislation must be defeated and all the laws that go with it must be challenged in court and at the ballot box.

Gottheimer attacks constituents to deflect his failures on COVID

Yesterday, Congressman Josh Gottheimer posted an attack on social media against a group of his constituents who have criticized him for not holding Governor Phil Murphy to account for sending COVID-19 patients into nursing homes – a move which resulted in the deaths of 7,000 vulnerable residents.  Gottheimer has refused to even mention Murphy’s infamous Executive Order 103, which forced nursing homes to bring in COVID carriers even as they kept out family members – leaving those in nursing homes to die alone.
 
Gottheimer attacked these Sussex County residents, claiming they had used “hurtful language” about members of the LGBT community.  This is a reference to the residents’ opposition to Democrat Freeholder candidate Rob Slockbower and his support for requiring the LGBT “rainbow flag” to fly over all government buildings in Sussex County.  Slockbower, calls himself “non-binary” and posts controversial material on his social media page, side-by-side with political campaign material…
 

While Rob Slockbower has the right to post his views, we find it strange that Congressman Gottheimer has no problem embracing Slockbower's candidacy while he accuses Sussex County residents who disagree with Democrat Slockbower of using “hurtful language”.  It is a very strange double-standard.
 
Even more strange is the fact that in 2006, Josh Gottheimer became the number two executive (Global Vice President) with a public relations/lobbying firm that worked for the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.  According to Wikipedia, Museveni attempted to “institute the death penalty for homosexuality” and claimed that "European homosexuals are recruiting in Africa".  Museveni later backed off the death penalty and instead Uganda imposed a potential penalty of life imprisonment for "aggravated homosexuality".
 
How could Josh Gottheimer have taken money from a firm with a record like this, and then attack his own constituents when they disagree with his Democrat allies over the mandatory display of LGBT flags on government buildings?  It is a stunning example of political hypocrisy by Gottheimer.
