Video: Planned Parenthood selling human body parts

This morning, I received an email from the President of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of our nation's largest Protestant denomination:

"I must admit I was speechless for close to an hour. I saw a video posted online, of an undercover operation in which Planned Parenthood’s top doctor is selling the body parts of aborted children.

Having seen so many Internet hoaxes bandied about, I initially assumed this was one of them. After a few calls to respected figures in the pro-life community, though, who confirmed the accuracy of the video, I was speechless again.

The undercover video shows Deborah Nucatola, Senior Director of Medical Services for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, explaining how Planned Parenthood sells the parts of aborted unborn children. The video shows her describing how the heads of these babies come at the highest price.

If this does not shock the conscience, what will?"

The video can be found here:

The discussion takes place over lunch.  In between shoveling food into her mouth, the Planned Parenthood executive talks about doing abortions so that the most valuable bits -- like hearts and livers -- can be kept intact and saleable.  It is stomach-churning.  It is capitalism gone mad.

This morning's email continues:

"Is it any wonder that the abortion rights lobby held up congressional human trafficking legislation because it did not fund abortion? It turns out, abortion is itself a driver of human trafficking. Those who are deemed too 'useless' to be considered persons are quite 'useful' to be sold for parts. Those who are deemed 'unwanted,' are quite 'wanted' when their severed organs bring in money."

Early in the video, there is a clip where the then National President of Planned Parenthood claims ignorance of her group's sale of human body-parts.  I had seen the name Gloria Feldt recently but couldn't quite place it.

For those of you who have not heard of Ms. Feldt, she ran the national Planned Parenthood organization  for about ten years, having run state and regional Planned Parenthood organizations.  She is the recipient of the Margaret Sanger Award and the author of such charming titles as "The Right Wing Attack on Women's Rights and How to Fight Back" -- a line that I remember Democrat congressional candidate Aimee Belgard using more than once last year.

And then it hit me.  Where I had read the name.  It was on another email -- this one from our business "allies" over at NJBIA.  Apparently "best selling author" Gloria Feldt will be the keynote speaker at the NJBIA's "Women Business Leaders Forum" on September 25, 2015, at the Hilton Parsippany.  She will also be part of a panel discussion, joined by a host of luminaries.

I wonder if Ms. Feldt will address the sale of human body parts then?  Business as usual... or capitalism gone mad?
